📝 Basic FAQ template

With a basic FAQ chatbot, you can answer visitors' usual questions and provide the correct answers on autopilot 24/7. Add as many categories as necessary, prioritize the most frequently asked questions about your product or service, and create a self-help experience for users.

  • In the menu Flow, you will see 2 tabs: My Flow & Templates. Choose Templates and pick the FAQ.
  • Pick the Application Name that has been connected to your WhatsApp Business Account. If you don't have WhatsApp Business Account, please contact our customer success representative.
  • And then give your Flow a name. And click on the Create button. After that, it will redirect you to the Canvas.

  • Customize the tasks whatever you need according to your business.
