This method helps you to verify a Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license number against the legal source.

Request Notes

• card_no is the driver's license number in 3-2-6 format: one letter, two digits, hyphen, two digits, hyphen, six digits (example format X12-34-XXXXXX).
• reference_id is optional. When it is empty, a UUID is generated and returned in the response. It must be unique per service: reusing a reference_id returns Transaction already created for this reference_id.
