Summary
Summary is where you can set the configuration of your application ID and see the statistic of your usage. There are 3 tabs within the Summary Page:
- OTP Report: Where you can oversee your WhatsApp OTP usage.
- Message Report: Where you can oversee your WhatsApp Message usage
- Conversation Report: Where you see the amount of WhatsApp conversation you've made.
Authentication Summary
The statuses and the description
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Requested | Whatsapp OTP has been requested. This status will be charged. |
| Sent | Whatsapp OTP has been sent to Whatsapp server. This status will be charged. |
| Delivered | Whatsapp OTP has been delivered to the destination number. This status will be charged. |
| Verified | Whatsapp OTP has been verified. This status will be charged. |
| Unverified | Whatsapp OTP has not been verified due to the time limit being exceeded. This status will be charged. |
| Failed | WhatsApp cannot send Whatsapp OTP to the destination number. This status will be charged. |
| Request Error | Verihubs cannot reach WhatsApp server. |
| Undelivered | Whatsapp OTP has not been delivered to the destination number (response received from WhatsApp). This status will be charged. |
| Blocked | Destination Number has been blocked by Verihubs's system. |
| Tier Limit Exceeded | WhatsApp cannot send WhatsApp OTP to the destination number because channel has reached tier limit. |

You can manipulate the Authentication Summary by adding filter on the period. The Summary Authentication can appear based on your inputted Filter
Message Summary

| Utility | A conversation initiated by a business sending message to the User in a 24-hour window. Applied after 1 June 2023 |
| Authentication | A conversation initiated by a business sending message to the User in a 24-hour window. Applied after 1 June 2023 |
| Service | A conversation initiated by a business sending message to the User in a 24-hour window. Applied after 1 June 2023 |
