Supported Local Operator Prefix

Local Operator Prefixes that can be supported by Verihubs SMS Service. The following prefix list uses valid and Telco Indonesia standard-compliant prefix list.

[‘11’, ‘12’, ‘13’, ‘21’, ‘22’, ‘52’, ‘53’, ‘23’, ‘51’]
INDOSAT
[‘14’, ‘15’, ‘16’, ‘55’, ‘56’, ‘57’, ‘58’]
XL/AXIS
[‘17’, ‘18’, ‘19’, ‘59’, ‘77’, ‘78’, ‘79’, ‘31’, ‘32’, '33' ‘37’, ‘38’, ‘39’]
SMARTFREN
[‘81’, ‘82’, ‘83’, ‘84’, ‘85’, ‘86’, ‘87’, ‘88’, ‘89’]
THREE
[‘‘91’, ‘92’, ‘93’, ‘94’, ‘95’, ‘96’, ‘97’, ‘98’, ‘99’]

The list above can change following the latest changes and regulations. If there is an attempt to request outside the list of prefixes above, then the log will receive a response of 'Invalid Prefix'.

Additional label operator from Verihubs

International
The 'International' label will appear if the client agrees to and uses the International SMS/OTP route service.
International Others
The 'International Others' label will appear if:
1. An international SMS/OTP client attempts to make a request outside the agreed-upon countries.
2. A local SMS/OTP client attempts to make a request to an international number."
