To have optimal performance of Verihubs OCR KTP, make sure that your e-KTP is clearly legible. Therefore, we suggest to:

1. Avoid taking e-KTP image in a dark environment

2. Make sure your e-KTP image does not have a light reflection in the data area

3. Make sure your e-KTP is not damaged/ blurred/ truncated.

4. Make sure your e-KTP is an original KTP, not photocopy.

5. Make sure your e-KTP is in not cropped.

6. Make sure your e-ktp is placed in fair proportion and position.

7. Avoid taking e-KTP image with low quality device
